Cherry or Roma tomatoes
Taralinga Estate Robusto extra virgin olive oil
What you do
This super simple body scrub can be prepared in under 5 minutes. All you need is:
1 cup finely crushed sea salt
1/2 cup olive oil
Optional: essential oils
Directions:
Add sea salt into a mixing bowl. Slowly mix in olive oil and stir until both ingredients are incorporated and you’re ready to go. It’s that simple!!
All the sea salt should be covered in olive oil. If you find that your mixture is too dry then continue to add olive oil until it reaches your desired consistency.
Once combined, add whatever essential oils you have on hand. We like lemongrass for an invigorating morning scrub, or lavender for a calming end of day wind down.
Happy scrubbing!

]]>Boil the Spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Remember to reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water before draining the spaghetti. This starchy water will help create a silky sauce.
Sauté the Garlic + Chilli: While the spaghetti is cooking, heat 1/3 of the Taralinga Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large pan over low heat. Add the thinly sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Gently sauté the garlic until it turns golden brown, but be careful not to let it burn.
Combine Spaghetti and Garlic Oil: Add the cooked and drained spaghetti to the pan with the garlic oil, adding the remainder of the EVOO. Toss to coat the spaghetti thoroughly.
Season and Garnish: Season the dish with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Continue to toss and combine the spaghetti and garlic oil. The heat from the pasta will help the flavors meld.
Transfer the Aglio e Olio spaghetti and serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese (optional), and enjoy!

]]>- Giada De Laurentiis
Spaghetti tossed in a light sauce of lemon, olive oil, parmigiano-reggiano and basil is absolutely as fresh-tasting as it sounds. The flavours really scream spring and summer lunch, but I love lemon so much that I wouldn’t dream of waiting till then to eat this.
This is a quintessential Giada de Laurentiis recipe, with the bright flavours and simple ingredients.
What you need
3/4 cup Taralinga Estate Picual extra virgin olive oil
1 pack spaghetti
3/4 cup freshly grated Romano or Parmesan-Reggiano cheese
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
What you do
Cook your desired pasta (our fave is Spaghetti) in a large pot of boiling salted water drizzled with olive oil until tender but still firm to the bite.
Meanwhile whisk together the olive oil, cheese and lemon juice.
Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid. Toss the pasta with the lemon sauce and gradually add the reserved cooking liquid a small amount at a time to moisten.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon zest and chopped basil. Enjoy.
