Italian Herb Dipping Oil

What better way to soak up the olio goodness than a fresh loaf of crusty sourdough. Dip into delicious extra virgin olive oil that has been embellished with classic Italian herbs.


What you need
1 cup of Taralinga Estate Premium Blend extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of dried Oregano
1/2 tsp of dried Basil
1/2 tsp of dried Marjoram
1/2 tsp of dried Thyme

For added punch also add 1/2 tspn of dried Chilli flakes.

What you do
Combine all dried herbs into a mortar & pestle and grind together to release the flavours. Add herbs to the olive oil and stand for 40 mins so the flavours infuse.
